Curbs, pipes and drains
Curbs, pipes, drains and wall transitions interrupt the sheet surface. Compatible accessories and complete flashing details carry water around those interruptions.

TPO is a single-ply membrane used on suitable low-slope roof assemblies. Its welded seams are one part of a system that also needs sound attachment, drainage and flashing.
Free inspections. Roofing advice grounded in the roof’s condition.
TPO sheets are joined with heat-welded seams. The membrane also needs the specified fastening or adhesion and suitable support below it. Roof edges and transitions have their own attachment requirements. Selecting the membrane does not settle the insulation, substrate and attachment design for the building.
Low-slope repair options
Curbs, pipes, drains and wall transitions interrupt the sheet surface. Compatible accessories and complete flashing details carry water around those interruptions.
Drains and scuppers need clear paths; a new reflective surface does not correct trapped water or an unsuitable slope arrangement.
A localized puncture or seam problem can suit a compatible repair when the surrounding membrane and supporting layers remain suitable. The repair requires preparation and a sound connection to the existing material. Wet insulation, widespread attachment problems and extensive deterioration change the work beyond a patch and can lead to replacement planning.

Building use, deck, insulation, drainage, perimeter details and rooftop equipment guide the system. Work access and protection below the roof need to fit the occupied building.
Product warranties depend on the selected system and terms, while workmanship obligations belong to the actual roofing agreement. A free roof assessment is a practical starting point.
